Decubitus Ulcers In Hospitals

Stem client Jonathan Rosenfeld, who recently launched the Bed Sore FAQ, has a post up today about a new hospital program that helped reduce hospital-acquired wounds By 63%.

It's obviously not the nicest of topics, but when dealing with such a negative subject (as Jonathan does, daily), it always impresses me when a blogging lawyer can focus on the positive & proactive. For me, it's also a sign of credibility, which can be difficult for any lawyer working on personal injury cases.

Thomson Reuters' legal unit surges

Noted: "The legal business, which provides databases to law firms, saw its operating profit increase 3 per cent to $241-million (U.S.) amid the economic downturn. That helped cushion the markets division, the company's other major business, which supplies high-end financial data to banks and stockbrokers. Operating profit at the markets division was flat, at $337-million."
